Job summary

Berger Communities is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for Willowdale Crossing Apartments in Frederick, MD. The role involves handling service requests, completing move-ins, and maintaining common areas with a resident-focused, professional approach.

Two years of maintenance experience are preferred, with a HS diploma or GED required. On-site schedule is Mon–Fri 8AM–5PM, with a comprehensive benefits package and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Pay & Benefits

• $22–$24/hour, paid biweekly, plus:
