Berger Communities is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician for Greenview at Chestnut Run Apartments in Wilmington, DE. The role ensures the community runs smoothly, handling repairs, preventive maintenance, and move-ins, all while delivering outstanding resident service.

Located in Wilmington, this full-time position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with bonuses, benefits, and rent discounts starting Day 1 as part of Berger Communities’ people-first culture.

Formación

• Two years maintenance experience and/or training.
• High School or GED required.
• Trade School or Industry Training is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Handle service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings.
• Get empty homes move-in ready.
• Keep grounds, amenities and common areas looking great.
• Do preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Assist with snow removal and on-call shifts.
