Doncaster Village in Parkville, MD is seeking a Service Technician to help maintain a 616-apartment community. You will handle maintenance requests, perform make-readies, and ensure high-quality craftsmanship while delivering responsive resident service.

Qualifications

• HVAC skills with practical experience
• EPA certification preferred
• Experience with plumbing, drywall, carpentry and appliance repair
• Ability to service electrical systems
