Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Village at Apison Pike. You will support the service and office teams to ensure all repairs and maintenance meet or exceed standards.

The role requires knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair, plus HVAC diagnosis and preventative tasks. It is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for growth and extended responsibilities across communities nationwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of commercial, residential, or apartment maintenance experience.
• EPA/HVAC license is required.
• Ability to perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance requests with knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC units, replace filters, and clean coils.
• Repair and replace appliances including refrigerators, stoves, washers/dryers, ovens, microwaves.
• Complete minor to moderate plumbing repairs and install fixtures.
• Maintain electrical fixtures and switches; door hardware replacements.
• Track service requests and maintenance work in software.
• Assist with grounds, common areas, and pool upkeep.
