Olympus Property in Ooltewah, TN is hiring a Maintenance Technician for The Village at Apison Pike. You’ll perform repairs across plumbing, carpentry, painting, appliance repair, and HVAC maintenance to meet high standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of commercial, residential, or apartment maintenance experience.
• EPA/HVAC license required.
• Full-time availability, Monday–Friday 9 AM–6 PM (hours may vary).

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance requests with knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting, appliance repair, etc.
• Preventative maintenance and diagnosis on HVAC units, replacing filters, and cleaning coils
• Repair and replace kitchen appliances, refrigerators, stoves, washers and dryers, ovens, and microwaves
• Minor to moderate plumbing repairs, replacements, and installation
• Repair or replace fixtures (sink/shower/toilet) and electrical fixtures
• Lock changes and door hardware replacement
• Operate hand and power tools; maintain shop and inventory
• Track service requests and maintenance work in software systems
• Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and pools
• Coordinate with Lead Maintenance Technician on priorities
