The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or equivalent, strong troubleshooting skills in plumbing and electrical systems, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication in English; ability to work shifts incl weekends.

Responsibilities

• Address resident service requests promptly.
• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks including plumbing and electrical work.
• Prepare market-ready apartments and maintain grounds.
• Conduct regular community inspections and identify repairs.
• Coordinate with on-call schedule and after-hours emergencies.
