Qualifications

• Reliable and dependable with strong communication and time management.
• Experience with subsidized housing programs is helpful.
• Authorized to work in the United States and a valid driver’s license.
• Access to a personal smartphone with email, messaging and apps.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle for travel.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform general maintenance tasks: painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and cleaning.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and system upkeep.
• Maintain grounds and landscaping for strong curb appeal.
• Support annual apartment inspections and identify maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager to work with vendors and order supplies.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and staff.
• Report lease or house rule violations when observed.
• Respond to emergency maintenance situations.
