You will perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, masonry and other general duties to maintain high living standards.

This role emphasizes safety, reliable service and strong communication with residents and team.

Qualifications

• Perform maintenance related tasks.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
