Job summary
Shea Apartments in Highlands Ranch is seeking a Service/Maintenance Technician to act as the on-site expert for maintenance at the apartment community. You will perform both regular and preventive repairs to keep residents safe and comfortable.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting building issues, plumbing, electrical, HVAC work, and general maintenance, with a focus on safety and customer service. This role offers a competitive wage and strong growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Previous multifamily maintenance experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with plumbing, HVAC, EPA, carpentry, painting and CPO certification is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software is valued.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair building issues and systems.
- Perform plumbing, electrical and HVAC repairs.
- Diagnose and repair household appliances.
- Conduct general building maintenance tasks.
- Maintain grounds and swimming pool areas.
- Manage trash and curb appeal.
- Interact with internal and external customers with good service.
- Follow safety and compliance rules and procedures.
