Job summary

Shea Properties in Lone Tree, Colorado, is seeking a Maintenance (Service) Technician responsible for day-to-day upkeep of the apartment community and preventative maintenance repairs. You will perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, masonry and other general duties to maintain high living standards.

This role emphasizes safety, reliable service and strong communication with residents and team.

Qualifications

Description

The Maintenance (Service) Technician is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the apartment community. The Maintenance (Service) Technician performs general and preventative maintenance repairs. They perform specific carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, masonry and other general maintenance duties.
