Monarch Investment is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician in Bloomington, IL to join The Arbors at Eastland team. The role is full-time, on-site, with a strong benefits package and bonus opportunities.

The position includes making ready apartments, routine maintenance, painting, grounds upkeep, and participation in a 24/7 emergency coverage with the team. A valid driver’s license and pre-employment screenings are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance or related fields.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Make Ready / Turning apartments in between resident occupancy.
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications.
• Maintaining property grounds.
• Preventative maintenance.
• Maintain and keep a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas.
• Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
