Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician for the Park Laureate community in Louisville, KY. You will troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues, perform apartment turns, and help maintain a safe, well-kept community while delivering excellent resident service.

Applicants must have EPA certification with HVAC certification preferred, a valid driver's license, and the ability to commute within 30 minutes of the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in residential or commercial settings.
• EPA Certification required; HVAC certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to live within a 30-minute commute of the community.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry issues.
• Complete maintenance requests efficiently while delivering excellent service.
• Perform apartment turns and prepare homes for new residents.
• Maintain safety and appearance of the community per company standards.
• Communicate repairs and updates with residents and onsite team.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule for Fox Run.
