Job summary

Morgan Properties in the United States is hiring a Service Technician to maintain apartment communities to company standards and applicable laws. This full-time role covers HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing, ensuring residents live in safe, well‑functioning spaces.

You’ll respond to service tickets, communicate clearly with residents and staff, and help maintain interior and exterior areas.

Qualifications

• Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle.
• HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred.
• One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for trouble-shooting service issues including HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas in accordance with company standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws
• Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance service tickets
• Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and office staff regarding repairs and updates
