Presbyterian SeniorCare Network is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician in Pittsburgh, PA. This full-time, on-site role offers daylight hours with starting pay from $21.00 to $23.00 per hour and a $2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employees.

You’ll perform routine and preventative maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances, while ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable home for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 2 years of maintenance experience, or 1 year in electrical, HVAC, and plumbing with 6 months related education.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use position-specific work order systems.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for travel between communities.
• Ability to interact effectively with visitors, residents, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and preventative maintenance.
• Respond promptly to service requests for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general building systems.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained living environment for residents.
• Provide courteous, resident-focused service while complying with safety standards.
