The Apartment Maintenance Technician performs routine maintenance, preventative maintenance, and timely response to service requests involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general building systems to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained living environment for residents. The technician provides courteous, resident-focused service while maintaining compliance with safety standards and housing regulations.
