Presbyterian SeniorCare Network seeks an Apartment Maintenance Technician at St. Justin Plaza in Pittsburgh. This full-time, hourly, non-exempt role covers general property and building maintenance, inspections, move-ins/outs, and responding to calls, including emergencies during on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least two years of maintenance experience OR at least one year of relevant experience with six months of specific training in one of the following trades: Electricity; HVAC; Plumbing/Fitting; Welding/Fabricating; or Carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Perform general property and building maintenance, including routine maintenance and cleaning in common areas.
• Conduct inspections and assist with move-ins and move-outs.
• Respond to maintenance calls, including emergencies, during on-call shifts.
