Job summary

Odin Management LLC is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for our multifamily community. You will organize and complete resident work orders and turnovers, applying HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills to maintain the property.

The role requires prioritizing tasks, reporting daily on outstanding work orders to the Property Manager, keeping the area clean, and participating in on-call rotations. Coordinating with the PM on parts purchases is also expected.

Qualifications

• Type 2 EPA certification a plus.
• Plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience.
• Ability to support and contribute to the team.
• Positive attitude.
• Two (2) years’ experience in previous relevant maintenance field.
• Neat, clean, and professional.
• Attendance is an imperative job function.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and turnovers efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily.
• Keep the maintenance area neat and clean.

The main function of the Apartment Maintenance Technician is to organize, prioritize, and complete resident work orders and turnovers. The ideal candidate will have prior apartment maintenance experience and well-rounded skills such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
