Job summary

Adara Communities is seeking an Apartment Lead Maintenance Technician at Parkside Place in TX to lead maintenance staff, oversee service requests, and coordinate make-readies and upgrades. You will ensure efficient work orders and unit turns while supporting the Property Manager on projects and safety initiatives.

The role requires HVAC certification, a valid driver’s license, and at least two years of multifamily maintenance experience, with strong leadership and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as a maintenance technician in multifamily housing.
• HVAC certification required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Stable work history.
• Personal set of basic hand tools.
• Proven ability to coach, train, and lead service technicians.
• Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and time-management skills.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Working Environment Of The Apartment Lead Maintenance Technician

This role requires regular physical activity, including standing, walking, sitting, lifting, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and reaching. Team members must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. individually and up to 100 lbs. with assistance. Most work occurs in an outdoor environment, with occasional off-site tasks as needed. All employees must adhere to the company's uniform policy, provided on the first day of employment.
