Adara Communities is seeking an Apartment Lead Maintenance Technician for Waters Edge in Plano, TX. This role leads maintenance staff, oversees service requests, and coordinates make-readies and upgrades to ensure timely, high-quality results.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years in multifamily maintenance, valid HVAC certification, a valid driver's license, and a local relocation willingness. On-call rotation and a tools set are expected, with bilingual skills a plus.

• Minimum 2 Years Previous Experience as a Maintenance Technician in multifamily housing REQUIRED
• Valid HVAC Certification REQUIRED
• Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
• Stable work history
• A personal set of basic hand tools
• Proven ability to coach, train, and lead service technicians
• Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and time-management skills
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Important: Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.

Working Environment of the Apartment Maintenance Technician:

This role requires regular physical activity, including standing, walking, sitting, lifting, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and reaching. Team members must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. individually and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.

Most work occurs in an outdoor environment, with occasional off-site tasks as needed. All employees must adhere to the company's uniform policy, provided on the first day of employment.
