Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.

• Paint/stain interior and exterior surfaces.
• Exterior structural maintenance as needed.
• Cover a 24/7 emergency cell phone every 3–4 weeks.

Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Mesa Gardens Apartments in Pueblo, CO. We are offering up to $20/hrs plus $750 quarterly bonuses, health insurance, tool reimbursement, 2 weeks paid time off and 9 paid holidays.

Essential Job Duties and/or oversight Responsibilities

• Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Exterior structural maintenance as needed
• Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone every 3 to 4 weeks

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required

• 1+years' experience in general maintenance
• Dry walling experience including painting and carpentry
• Basic knowledge of electrical, and plumbing
• Some knowledge of Boilers and Forced Air
• Have good verbal and written communication
• Problem solving skills
• Be able to provide great customer service to our residents

A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
