Monarch Investment & Management Group is hiring an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for Vantage Point Apartments in Little Rock, AR. The role requires hands-on work with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, drywall, painting, and general repairs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of apartment or general maintenance experience.
• HVAC, Boiler, EPA, or CPO certifications preferred.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical repairs, appliances, carpentry, drywall, and painting.
• Gas and electric water heater systems.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests quickly and efficiently
• Turn and make-ready apartment units for new residents
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and other building systems
• Handle interior and exterior painting and repairs
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and property appearance
• Keep the maintenance shop and work areas clean and organized
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (1 week every 2 weeks)

Monarch Investment & Management Group is hiring an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join the team at Vantage Point Apartments on Rebsamen Park Road in Little Rock.

What You’ll Get:

• $18.00–$20.00/HR DOE
• Up to $3,000 annually in quarterly bonuses
• On-call bonus structure up to $100/week

What You’ll Do:

What You Bring:

• 1+ year of apartment or general maintenance experience
• HVAC, Boiler, EPA, or CPO certifications preferred
• Working knowledge of:
  • Plumbing, including copper pipe work
  • Electrical repairs, including outlets, fixtures, and switches
  • Appliance repair
  • Carpentry, drywall, and painting
  • Gas and electric water heater systems
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM , plus the rotating on-call schedule
