Monarch is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician in Wichita, KS. Earn $18–$21/hr with DOE, plus on-call pay and quarterly bonus. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with 1 week on-call every 3 weeks. We offer housing discounts, strong benefits, and performance-based raises.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of general maintenance experience.
• HVAC Certification (Preferred).
• EPA License (Preferred).
• CPO Certification (Preferred).
• Skilled in drywall, carpentry, and painting.
• Plumbing (copper pipe, etc.).
• Electrical (outlets, switches, lighting).
• Appliance repair (fridge, stove, disposal, dishwasher).
• Water heater (gas & electric).

Responsibilities

• Handle daily work orders based on priority.
• Make-Readies & Unit Turns.
• Interior/Exterior painting & staining.
• HVAC & ventilation tasks.
• Grounds maintenance.
• Preventative maintenance.
• Keep work areas neat and organized.
• Participate in 24/7 emergency on-call rotation.

This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check, drug screening, and a valid Drivers License.
