The ideal candidate will have HVAC or EPA certification and at least 3 years of maintenance experience. Responsibilities

• Perform routine and major maintenance repairs for apartments and common areas.

• Maintain an organized, stocked maintenance shop.
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections on systems and structures.
• Maintain pool equipment, landscaping, and irrigation systems.
• Participate in on-call rotations for 24-hour emergency maintenance.

What You'll Do

• Perform routine and major maintenance repairs for apartments, common areas, and grounds.
• Handle service requests promptly (goal: within one business day).
• Complete turnkey work for vacant units—paint, repairs, lock changes, inspections, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain an organized, stocked maintenance shop.
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections on all systems and structures.
• Maintain pool equipment, landscaping, irrigation systems, and exterior areas.
• Participate in on‑call rotations for 24‑hour emergency maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with the Fair Housing Act and company standards at all times.

What We're Looking For

• HVAC or EPA Certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC troubleshooting, appliance repair, plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, and irrigation.
• Pool operation experience a plus.
• Must be available for on‑call duty for emergencies.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., bend, stoop, and reach overhead for extended periods.
