Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Library Lofts in Cleveland, OH. The role involves performing preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial tasks to uphold apartment quality and curb appeal.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Community Manager, supporting maintenance staff, and ensuring safety standards are met. Related experience, CFC certification, and valid driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• CFC Universal Certification preferred; must be attained within 90 days of hire.
• 3–4 years of maintenance experience; capable of preventative maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections and janitorial services as assigned.
• Assist with maintenance of storage area and materials.
• Refurbish and renovate apartments per company standards.
• Walk the property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality of apartments.
• Notify Community Manager of safety concerns and participate in safety meetings.
• Possess knowledge of property-specific problems such as asbestos.
• Perform other duties as required.
