Job summary

NRP Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Columbus, OH to support general maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping, ensuring strong curb appeal and quality living spaces. You will respond to service requests and help keep the property well-maintained and safe.

You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, with opportunities for training, growth, and certifications, while meeting company standards and contributing to resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CFC certification preferred and must be obtained within 90 days.
• 3–4 years of maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services as assigned.
• Maintain storage areas and maintenance materials; refurbish and renovate apartments per standards.
• Walk property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality; report safety concerns.
