Job summary

Monarch Investment And Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Waterstone Place Apartments in Cincinnati, OH. The role focuses on preparing apartments between residents, on-site maintenance, and preventative maintenance to ensure resident satisfaction.

You will perform Make Ready tasks, painting, snow removal, pool maintenance, and participate in on-call rotations. A valid driver's license is required, and Monarch provides training and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance or property upkeep.
• Able to perform Make Ready / turning units between tenants.
• Willing to participate in on-call rotation and respond to maintenance requests.

• $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
• PLUS Quarterly bonus up to $750.00
• $100.00 a week additional pay when on call if you get called out or not
