The position offers hourly pay of $24.00–$26.00, plus a quarterly bonus and on-call incentive, with comprehensive benefits and paid time off.

• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants.
• Painting/Staining interior and exterior applications.
• 40 hours per week.
• On-call rotation with a $100 bonus.

Responsibilities

• Make ready and turn units between residents.
• Paint and stain interior and exterior surfaces as required.
• Maintain property proactively and respond to maintenance requests.
• Assist with on-call duties as scheduled and earn call-pay bonus.

Interested in maintenance? We're looking to train our next Maintenance Technician to join our team at Seasons on Chelsea Apartments in Fort Mitchell, KY. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.

What We Offer

• $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
• PLUS quarterly bonus up to $750.00
• Up to $100 a week additional pay when on call if you get called out or not!
