Job summary

Panther Residential Management is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the community’s physical condition, safety, and appearance. You will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and apartment turns while delivering excellent resident service and supporting daily operations.

The role involves diagnosing issues in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, drywall, and painting, and ensuring compliance with safety codes. A valid driver’s license and on-call availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical training or maintenance certifications preferred.
• Experience in apartment or facilities maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests promptly and professionally.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general maintenance.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents and manage punch-list items.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal across the community.
• Document work orders and manage inventory.
