Job summary

Panther Residential Management is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain curb appeal and assist with maintenance across the community. You will keep exterior areas clean, support apartment turns, and help with safety and resident service under supervision of the Community Manager.

Responsibilities include daily grounds upkeep, trash removal, light maintenance, and reporting safety concerns. Requires reliable, independent work and good customer service in a Florida setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, landscaping, maintenance, or apartment communities preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment, hand tools, and property maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to remove litter and debris from grounds and common areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of sidewalks, breezeways, parking areas, landscaped areas, dumpster enclosures, and amenity spaces.
• Assist in apartment turns with light cleaning and preparation.
• Complete minor maintenance and service tasks as assigned.
• Inspect amenities, gates, fencing, and common areas for cleanliness, damage, or safety concerns.
• Interact professionally with residents, guests, vendors, and coworkers.
