We are a Real Estate Development and Property Management company seeking a talented, reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician for our multifamily apartment community. The main responsibilities include organizing, prioritizing, and completing resident work orders and turnovers. The ideal candidate will have prior apartment maintenance experience and well-rounded skills such as electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

Requirements

1. Ensure work orders and turnovers are completed effectively and efficiently.
2. Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily.
3. Keep the maintenance area neat and clean.
4. Participate in on-call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
5. Coordinate with the Property Manager on purchasing parts and materials as needed.

Essential Skills and Abilities

• Experience in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
• Ability to support and contribute to a team.
• Positive attitude.
• At least two (2) years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Reliable attendance is essential.
