Apartment Service Tech II | Elevate West Village - Smyrna, GA

Elevate West Village is a mid-rise community with 313 apartment homes.

Successful Service Technicians often come from backgrounds such as apartment maintenance, HVAC, general labor, construction, hotel, building maintenance, and work order management. Candidates should have intermediate skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry. Availability for rotating on-call shifts for after-hours and weekend emergencies is required.

Compensation:

Base pay depends on education and experience, with the following ranges:

• Hourly: $20.02 - $25.03, depending on experience, tenure, and location. Annual starting salary: $41,641 - $52,062.
• Bonus: Quarterly bonuses averaging $400, with an annual potential of $1,600.
• Total Starting Compensation: $43,241 - $53,662 including base salary and bonus.

Your Skills:

Requirements:

• Site-specific certifications such as EPA Type II (preferred) or ability to obtain within 90 days
• CPO (preferred) or ability to become certified within 90 days
• Flexible schedule, including some weekends and on-call rotations
