Apartment Service Tech II | Windsor Johns Creek - Johns Creek, GA

Windsor Johns Creek is a garden-style community consisting of 227 apartment homes.

Windsor Communities has received the 2024 Kingsley Excellence Award for the fourth consecutive year, recognizing top-tier overall customer service.

Successful Service Technicians may come from various backgrounds, including apartment maintenance, HVAC, general labor, construction, hotel, and general building maintenance. Candidates should have intermediate skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry. Availability for rotating on-call schedules for after-hours and weekend emergency response is required.

Compensation:

Our company considers factors such as education and experience when determining base pay.

Hourly: Starting at $20.02 - $25.03 per hour, depending on experience, tenure, and location. Annual starting compensation ranges from $41,641 to $52,062.

Bonus: Average quarterly bonus potential of $400, with an annual potential of $1,600, based on performance.

Total Annual Starting Compensation Potential:

  • $43,241 ($41,641 base + $1,600 bonus)
  • $53,662 ($52,062 base + $1,600 bonus)

Your Skills:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in multifamily residential, commercial, or hotel maintenance
  • Familiarity with building safety systems, including fire systems (sprinklers/alarms)
  • Proficiency with smart devices and property management software
  • Advanced knowledge of hand tools and basic power tools
  • Commitment to providing exceptional service to teammates and residents
  • Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and implement preventative measures in apartment homes, common areas, and mechanical rooms
Requirements:
  • Site-specific certifications such as:
    • EPA Type II preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days
    • CPO (Certified Pool Operator) preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including some weekends and participation in on-call rotations
