Windsor Communities is seeking a qualified Service Tech II for Windsor at St. Petersburg, a mid-rise apartment community in St. Petersburg, FL.

Summary

Successful Service Technicians typically have backgrounds in apartment maintenance, HVAC, general labor, construction, hotel, or building maintenance. Candidates should have intermediate skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry. Availability for rotating on-call shifts for emergencies is required.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting hourly rate: $20.02 - $25.03, depending on experience and location. Annual salary range: $41,641 - $52,062. Bonus potential includes quarterly bonuses averaging $400, with an annual potential of $1,600. Total starting annual compensation ranges from $43,241 to $53,662.

Your Skills

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance
• Knowledge of building safety systems, including fire alarms and sprinklers
• Proficiency with smart devices and property management software
• Advanced hand and power tools skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, and mechanical systems

Requirements

• Site-specific certifications such as EPA Type II (preferred) and CPO (preferred), or ability to obtain within 90 days
• Flexible schedule including some weekends and on-call rotations
