Schedule:Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, On-Call rotation 1 week every 7 weeks
Responsibilities:
-Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
-Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy
-Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC
-Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned
-Exterior structural maintenance as needed
-Assist in property grounds maintenance
-Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system
Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-1+ year experience in the maintenance field preferred
-Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience
-Light plumbing and electrical experience
-2 years of HVAC experience required
-EPA Certification preferred
-CPO Certification preferred
-Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers
-Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
