We are currently seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team at Windy Ridge, a 120-unit apartment community in Austin, TX. $1,500 sign-on bonus included!

Position Summary

As a Lead Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the property to help create a great living experience for our residents.

Responsibilities

1. Monitor the property for any repairs or replacements that may arise.
2. Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units.
3. Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
4. Assess and repair appliances as needed.
5. Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
6. Supervise site maintenance personnel and other staff as assigned.
7. Occasional on-call duties (trip stipend provided if called back after hours).
8. Create and maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance may be required.
