Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for The Arbors at Eastland in Bloomington, IL. This full-time, on-site role offers a competitive hourly wage of $20.00 to $24.00 plus bonus potential and a strong benefits package.

In this position you will perform essential maintenance duties, complete work orders, and assist in emergency coverage. A pre-employment screening and drug test are required, with 401k, PTO, and tuition reimbursement among the many

Qualificações

• 2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent (we can train you!)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position.

Responsabilidades

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Make Ready / Turning apartments in between resident occupancy
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Maintaining property grounds
• Preventative maintenance
• Maintain and keep a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas
• Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members

Multifamily Housing | Pay: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour + Bonus Potential

Monarch Investment is actively interviewing qualified maintenance candidates for an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Arbors at Eastland in Bloomington, IL.

• $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
• Up to $3,000 a year in Quarterly Bonuses
