Job summary

TAM Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle work orders, repairs, unit turnovers, and preventive maintenance across our communities in Florida. You will support the Lead Maintenance Technician and Community Manager to ensure properties run efficiently and safely with a focus on resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include responding to requests, supervising outside contractors, and maintaining inventory while complying with applicable laws and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in apartment maintenance required.
• HVAC certification required.
• CPO certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders promptly and efficiently.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Inspect vacated units and ensure make-ready quality.
• Ensure safety standards and coordinate with vendors as needed.
