Gross Residential is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to perform day-to-day preventative maintenance, respond to work orders, and prepare vacant suites for move-ins across our residential communities.

You will be part of a team delivering superior customer service, handling basic HVAC maintenance, plumbing repairs, appliance installation, and grounds upkeep, with on-call and weekend rotations and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and repairs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work on-call including weekends.

Responsibilities

• On-call and weekend rotation.
• Excellent communication and people skills to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Complete a broad range of preventative maintenance and repairs.
