Midtown Grove Apartments is seeking an experienced Maintenance Tech HVAC to handle on-site repairs and turnover. You will address requests for A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance issues, and prepare vacant units for market readiness.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months of onsite experience.
• Valid identification.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Energetic and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Respond and complete residential service requests promptly.
• Resolve maintenance issues in A/C, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turnover repairs and improvements.
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
