CONAM Management Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician for First Point Apts I in Santa Ana, CA. The role involves maintaining and improving the apartment community, handling preventative maintenance, repairs, and turnovers to ensure move-in readiness and curb appeal.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of hands-on experience in apartment maintenance, with skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and carpentry.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 1–2 years hands-on experience in apartment maintenance or equivalent.
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, appliance repair, and general carpentry.
• Ability to operate and maintain various hand tools and power equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities to minimize resident disruption.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with residents, team and vendors.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and participate in on-call rotation for emergencies.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Address resident service requests related to apartment maintenance and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee turnovers, inspect, repair, and clean units for new residents.
• Maintain the community’s curb appeal through landscaping and exterior upkeep.
• Collaborate with technicians, contractors and property management staff.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
• Ensure safety regulations and operational standards are followed in all activities.
• Perform additional duties as required.
