Qualifications

• Demonstrate safe use of standard hand and power tools.
• Able to lift heavy items and operate on ladders/roofs.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Knowledge of building trade skills and safety protocols.
• Maintain inventory and shop organization; complete work orders promptly.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks at apartment properties and common areas.
• Respond to service requests and turnovers in a timely, safe manner.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical and plumbing issues as needed.
• Communicate effectively with leasing and maintenance staff.
• Maintain logs of preventative maintenance activities and on-call duties.
