You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues, maintain safety logs, and work with leasing and maintenance staff. A valid driver's license, basic hand tools, and a flexible schedule are required; on-call rotation is included.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate the appropriate and safe use of standard hand and power tools.
• Able to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical and plumbing related issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and logs.
• Flexibility for on-call schedule and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks and service requests at apartment properties.
• Complete preventative maintenance in units and common areas.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical and plumbing issues.
• Assist with turnovers and safety/compliance tasks as needed.
• Coordinate with leasing and maintenance staff; maintain logs.
