Job summary

JES Holdings, through Fairway Management, seeks an Apartment Maintenance Tech II for Ford Lofts & Delaware Duplex's in Joplin, MO. The role handles upkeep and unit turns with an on-site schedule from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in multifamily or commercial maintenance, with skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and carpentry. You’ll perform repairs, ensure safety, and support on-site operations, reporting to the Regional Manager.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance.
• Proficient in plumbing, electrical, HVAC basics, carpentry, and appliance repair.
• Knowledge of REAC and INSPIRE inspection prep.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC during unit turns and repairs.
• Perform general repairs independently.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and complete daily resident work orders.
• Be available for on-call after hours and assist neighboring properties.
• Move supplies from vendors and ensure safe, insured vehicle operation.
• Support training on HUD and LIHTC maintenance standards.
