Job summary

The Hallmark Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to repair, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance on apartment equipment, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances. The role requires tools and on-site readiness at a Georgia property.

You will inspect and maintain building systems, assist in training junior staff, and respond to emergencies as needed. A valid driver's license and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years maintenance experience required or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written English communication skills.
• HVAC and/or EPA certification preferred.
• Previous multifamily experience preferred.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred.
• Fair Housing Certificate required.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs, troubleshoots systems, and completes preventive maintenance.
• On-site basic repairs including HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems.
• Available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day when scheduled.
• Inspects and maintains building systems and common areas.
• Documents maintenance requests and inventories parts.
