Essential Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our maintenance team in Florida. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain appliances, electrical systems, plumbing, and carpentry in apartment units, while supporting grounds maintenance and Make Ready tasks for new residents.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of handyman or apartment maintenance experience.
• Experience in appliance repair (refrigerators, dishwashers, icemakers, microwaves).
• Proficiency in handyman tasks, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical appliances, outlets, and light fixtures.
• Perform plumbing, carpentry, and lock repair or replacement as needed.
• Complete Make Ready/Punch-Outs on vacant units to prepare them for new residents.
• Address residential work orders for current property residents efficiently and professionally.
• Assist in renovation projects to enhance property quality.
• Maintain the curb appeal of the community by assisting with grounds maintenance tasks.
