Essential Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking a dependable Service Technician to repair and maintain apartment units and property facilities. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical appliances, plumbing, carpentry tasks, and assist with grounds maintenance.

The role requires 1–2 years of handyman or apartment maintenance experience, owning your own tools, and the ability to complete residential work orders efficiently. A background check is required.

Qualifications

• Must have your own tools.
• 1-2 years of handyman or apartment maintenance experience.
• Experience in appliance repair, including refrigerators, dishwashers, icemakers, and microwaves.
• Proficiency in handyman tasks, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
• Strong ability to complete residential work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Reliable, dependable, and committed to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical appliances, outlets, and light fixtures.
• Perform plumbing, carpentry, and lock repair or replacement as needed.
• Complete Make Ready/Punch-Outs on vacant units to prepare them for new residents.
• Address residential work orders for current property residents efficiently and professionally.
• Assist in renovation projects to enhance property quality.
• Maintain the curb appeal of the community by assisting with grounds maintenance tasks.
