Essential Staffing Solutions is seeking a Service Technician to repair and maintain apartment units and property facilities. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical appliances, plumbing, carpentry, and assist with grounds maintenance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of handyman or apartment maintenance experience.
• Experience in appliance repair, including refrigerators, dishwashers, icemakers, and microwaves.
• Proficiency in handyman tasks, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
• Strong ability to complete residential work orders in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical appliances, outlets, and light fixtures.
• Perform plumbing, carpentry, and lock repair or replacement as needed.
• Complete Make Ready/Punch-Outs on vacant units to prepare them for new residents.
• Address residential work orders for current property residents efficiently and professionally.
• Assist in renovation projects to enhance property quality.
• Maintain the curb appeal of the community by assisting with grounds maintenance tasks.
