Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years in maintenance or related fields, own tools, and be able to perform plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have your own tools.
• 1-2 years of maintenance/construction experience.
• Knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques.
• Ability to perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.
• Knowledge of English language.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of vacant units and identify necessary repairs or improvements.
• Perform maintenance tasks including painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance installation.
• Ensure units are cleaned, functioning, and ready for occupancy by new residents.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team and property management to address issues promptly.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Assist with other property maintenance duties as needed.
