Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience.
• Must own tools.
• Knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques.
• Ability to perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.
• English language required; strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must have valid ID, reliable transportation, and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacant units and identify repairs or improvements needed.
• Perform maintenance tasks: painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical work, appliance installs.
• Ensure units are cleaned, functioning, and ready for occupancy.
• Coordinate with maintenance team and property management to address issues promptly.
• Maintain high quality and attention to detail across tasks.
• Assist with other property maintenance duties as needed.
