Job summary

Capstone Management is seeking an apartment maintenance technician in Weslaco, TX to diagnose defects, perform repairs, and support make-ready tasks for vacant units. The role requires diagnosing issues, ordering supplies, and ensuring work complies with safety standards and codes.

You will also handle preventative maintenance, maintain grounds, and assist in cost-control by using parts efficiently. Driver's license and AC certifications are required, with EOE policies applying.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• Technical or other training in maintenance tasks.
• AC Certification I and II.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventive maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs per safety standards and codes.
• Performs make-ready process for vacant units, including pre-move-out inspections and scheduling vendors.
